Jim's Triathlon for the Wounded

Thank you for another successful fundraiser for the wounded! Through the caring and selfless generosity of our donors, we were able to reach the goal of $1,500. A total of $1,775 was generated. Thank you to all those that contributed.

Financial Results:

$1,775 in donations were received.

My overall time was 1:32:16 (1 hr, 32 min, 16 sec). With intermediate times of:

Swim (.35 miles) 17:28.50
T1 (Transition from swim to bike) 2:41.55
Bike (13 miles) 44:09.50
T2 (Transition from bike to run) 00:40.40
Run (3.5 miles) 27:16.60

Other stats:

· 400 participants were registered for the triathlon (370 individuals and 30 relay teams).

· Finished 228^th out of the 370 individuals. (I have a lot of room for improvement!)

· Finished 18^th out of 24 in my age group (50-54 year old males).
