Our philosophy on education and training

We prefer education to training. A trained individual mechanically follows an established pattern or procedure. An educated person uses their knowledge and judgment to perform analysis and synthesis enabling them to expand their understanding, discover the unknown, respond to new situations, and solve problems at a higher level.  Our goal is to instill an understanding of the fundamental concepts, principles, tools, and techniques.

Our practices

We provide education and training only in areas in which we are active practitioners. Most training companies are just that - training companies. Their instructors are trainers. They may have past experience in the subject they are teaching, but are rarely current practitioners and top performers.

To teach in our organization, an individual must possess the combination of:
- A high level of expertise and a proven record of results in the area they will teach.
- The ability to effectively convey the knowledge they possess to others.
